SHOT 1/30/16 2:09:16 PM - Porfidio Guerrero of Sayulita, Mexico constructs a roadside capilla along Highway 200 just outside of Sayulita, Mexico. The capilla was erected on the site of a traffic accident that killed four young girls in 2015. Guerrero was friends with the girls families and built the capilla with crosses at the site. The capillas are common along the roads and highways of Mexico which is heavily Catholic and are often dedicated to certain patron saints or to the memory of a loved one that has passed away. Often times they contain prayer candles, pictures, personal artifacts or notes. (Photo by Marc Piscotty / © 2016)
