SHOT 9/16/09 10:40:15 AM - Alex Seidel, chef and co-owner at Fruition Restaurant in Denver, has partnered with Josh Halder (with beard) of Verde Farms in Larkspur to purchase farmland and grow microgreens and specialty produce for Fruition and a number of other local restaurants. The pair has plans down the road to produce sheep's cheese, eggs and eventually provide a majority of the produce used at Fruition.
