Former JD Edwards and PeopleSoft employee Patrick Dawson, 41, of Highlands Ranch, Co. worked for 10 years for the two companies as a manager of training until being caught up in the massive layoffs at the beginning of the year. He said faith, prayer and friends and family have helped him through the layoff and is a finalist for a couple of jobs right now adding, "I'm a firm believer that there's a master plan out there".
