SHOT 2/25/21 9:49:56 AM - Aerial view of Interstate 25 as it passes by downtown Denver, Co. after a winter snowstorm left a coat of fresh snow over the city. Interstate 25 is a major Interstate Highway in the western United States. It is primarily a north–south highway, serving as the main route through New Mexico, Colorado, and Wyoming. I-25 stretches from Interstate 10 at Las Cruces, New Mexico, to Interstate 90 in Buffalo, Wyoming. Denver is the capital of Colorado and is an American metropolis of some 700,000 people. Denver is the 19th-most populous city in the United States, the fifth-most populous state capital, and the most populous city located in the Mountain states.
