SHOT 6/18/12 7:57:08 PM - RE/MAX Sales Associate Frank Duran removes the for sale sign in the yard of client Michael Galusha's Thornton, Co. home. Galusha lost his job three years ago and was forced to declare bankruptcy and was on the verge of losing his home to foreclosure. Duran was able to approach Galusha with a solution through Bank of America's Alternative Right Party Contact program. The program is a joint effort through which RE/MAX agents who are trained in working short sales are matched with preselected homeowners who are in default and could benefit from a short sale.
