8/19/10 5:47:30 PM -- Colorado Springs, CO. -- Margaret Sabin the CEO of Penrose-St. Francis Hospital in Colorado Springs, Co. leads a "Boot Camp" class at the hospital that combines aerobic activity, weight training and stretching. She and the rest of the class were holding a "plank" pose. Sabin believes in practicing what they preach at the hospital in terms of leading a healthy lifestyle and has a number of employees buying in with some in the class losing as much as 90 pounds through the class. Sabin was a full-time aerobics teacher and currently teaches three different classes at the hospital. She has been the CEO at Penrose-St. Francis for about two years now.
